- RRRaevanApr 4, 20261.0I had an absolute horrible experience at this location on 4/3/26. I ordered a small cheese pizza with extra cheese that looked awful. I took the pizza back to the store and asked the guy that was working if he could add more cheese to the pizza because the cheese was so unevenly distributed. He told me no and the crust is only burnt because of the sauce. I asked him if it could be remade with less sauce so it’s not burnt and add extra cheese this time, again he said no. I asked for my money back and left, before I left he picked the pizza up off the counter and threw it at the trashcan. I guess papa John’s would rather give refunds than uphold their customer service and quality food. The guy working was so terrible, definitely won’t order again.
