  Purchased cinnamon roll and coffee. Cinnamon roll was stale. Coffee was bland and not any better than gas station coffee

  Normally, Panera bread is a favorite restaurant of mine. However, this particular location I will now avoid. Service was so slow I waited 20 min for my order of 3 sandwiches and then was told one was missing the sauce that makes the sandwich so good. When I tried to ask about the order delay I was rudely told to step aside and the person behind me was helped. What's worse is that it was the owner of this location that did it. During my wait I also observed them burning several bagels they served to drive thru customers and practice poor food handling by changing only wearing one glove while handling food. So take a drive to Nicolasville, KY if you are craving Panera Bread. This location does not measure up!

  Update on a previous review complaining that the dining area was too cold. A few days later the situation was resolved, and this Panera was warm and cozy on a cold rainy day. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive.

  I had accidentally ordered my food at the wrong store. I tried to all of I could switch the order. They said I had to call the other store to cancel. I did but no answer. The manager got an answer and cancelled my order. I put in another order, having to borrow money because it wasn’t refunded right away, which is no big deal. Then I got a Caesar salad with no cheese, no dressing and a piece of bread tastes just like mold. I eat here about once a week and have never an issue. This took my entire lunch period, I an unable to leave and now have to be at work until 6 with nothing to eat and it is 1:55 pm. Good looking out Panera!

  A clean, bright and pleasant place for breakfast, lunch or a break for coffee. Lots of healthy opinions on the menu. One of the Panera chain and has a customer loyalty reward program. Some tables are outdoors. You can also order in advance for rapid pick-up.
