  Drive thru is terrible service. The far lane they don’t service. They let three cars on inner lane go before I drove up to order at the window. Asked for extra Oreos in my McFlurry and they forgot — so I paid for it without receiving. Sad to see that people working there couldn’t care about life at all.

  I hope this is the correct McDonalds where Ebony works. She greeted us as we entered. She was so nice and had a sweet disposition. I couldn't get over how kind she was and truly loves her job. I informed the manager on duty that Ebony was the greatest and should get a raise.

  This is 100% the WORST McDonald’s in Lexington. I live right next to here so I use them quite often. They screw up the orders every single time that I come up there. And 99.99% of the time they do not a receipt. So I’ve started asking for receipts, but I sent my husband up there today and he did not get one. But I have the charge on my debit card to prove that I was there. So today for the fourth time I got an extremely burnt egg McMuffin. The first picture is from the time before, the second one is from today. I can’t believe anyone in their right mind would send out an egg McMuffin that looks like this. I’ve tried to call the location on several occasions, no one will answer the phone. I will not be going here anymore because of the quality of the food. If you see this one, skip the next exit and go to the one off of Man O’ War Hamburg location because it’s 100% better. It just amazes me EVERY single time that we use this McDonald’s there is something wrong with the order. Whoever keeps sending out the burnt egg McMuffins like this needs to be fired! Because this is an ongoing issue with this McDonald’s. I just throw my money down the drain every single time that I go here.

  Had a very long down and back to NC to pick up my grandson and stopped at McDonald's twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. Was happy to see the 2 for 6🫠. Fish sandwich and double cheeseburger. I have to say the fish sandwich took me back 50 years and was truly delicious. The double cheeseburger was better than normal also. If I were you I would go get a fish sandwich right now lol

  We ordered a couple items and I asked for a water to go with it. The girl over the intercom asked if bottled water was ok and I said, No thank you. Tap water please. When we got to the window we paid and pulled forward, they then handed me a bottled water. I double checked my bill and saw they had billed me 2 dollars for a water. I asked for a refund and the manager refused multiple times, and then told me I can call corporate. Don't give me the choice between bottled water and tap water and then charge me for a Dasani that I don't want. Charge me 50 cents for a cup of water for all I care. Managers have the ability to give refunds. The fact that she refused is pretty irritating. I'm not a fan of having money stolen from me.
