  Literally the worst McDonald in Lexington. They constantly get the order wrong and they lock the doors at 6. So to get any kind of customer service after receiving the wrong order is a joke. If you can go to any other place you way better off!!!

  I was super hungry so i pull up to this McDonalds’s drive thru and mind you i have actually never experienced any issues there before. But this time i pull up around 3:13AM, and i simply just say “Hello” i had no attitude, nothing god is my witness. And the person talking back with the craziest attitude craziest disrespectful tone ever says “first of all dont pull up to my drive-thru and say hello, and second of all the system is down so you are going to have to wait for an hour” i just drove off rather than just talking back, and as i was driving out he decides to use a racial slur and call me the N word, i am not an African American but i still find that very offensive. Besides that this shows a lot of unprofessionalism with that staff and immediate steps need to be taken. I just wanted some food like damn 😭 now i feel like im walking on eggshells everytime i go to McDonalds drive-thru, the situation is funny and upsetting at the same time. It is funny because it is so stupid but it is upsetting bc of the attitude and using racial slurs.

  Today is Saturday March 7th, 2026 I went through drive-thru just to order a drink, the employee who took my order through the drive- thru I guess he didn't hear me very well because I had to repeat my drink order, then when I went to pay for it the young lady in the window gave me a total of 7.08, I said in a nice voice I only order a medium hi-c drink, I also saw the mop bucket & mop through the window of the drive-thru, very unsanitary. They were slow like a turtle.

  Worst McDonald’s in the city. Went through the drive through to get breakfast, just two items, a large iced coffee and a McGriddle. Get to the window and they hand me the wrong order, so they have me pull up to the second window. I wait 10 minutes with no sign of an employee. So I pull around and go inside. Two workers make eye contact with me, I say excuse me, and they both ignore me. Finally I get someone’s attention and explain the situation. They hand me a medium iced coffee that looks like straight milk and the wrong breakfast sandwich. Like seriously? It’s two items. It’s written on the receipt I just handed you. I just took it and left. This is not the first time this has happened to me or my fiance. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but will no longer be going back.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes on the right hand side while 6 cars went through. Got up to the window and asked for something complimentary as I had to wait for my order to even be taken, then had to wait for my food to get done. I was told no and it was shift change but shift change doesn't excuse letting a whole side of people wait while the other doesn't when the head sets alternate drive thru lines. Terrible service and didn't even try to meditate the awful service afterwards. So, bad review it is. I don't want free shit, but I also want what I paid for when I paid for it with out being forced to wait longer than people that got there WAY after me
