- NTNathan T1 day ago1.0terrible. this food was over cooked and burnt, brought us no breadsticks and when i asked they finally did and never brought any more then the 4 they brought after i asked, very frustrating, will never eat here again and hope they close this store and replace it with something way better and higher quality.

Prices very reasonable, food is delicious, service is some of the best! Love, love, love Fazolis! Please DO NOT close anymore. I don't go to fast food, I go to Good Food that's fast!

Especially Carol! I always enjoy when she is working upfront. The food is always fresh and if there's ever an issue, the staff will make it right. Best location in Lexington!

It took 20 minutes after I paid for my food to receive a simple order of spaghetti and meatballs and a meatball sub ( yes I know they have to bake it) but really a 20 minutes wait. That is beyond ridiculous when two people behind you get serviced and the lady looks out the window to see you sitting there still as if they forgot your order. I know I’m simply one person and it won’t make a difference but I will not be back.

When you walk in they immediately acknowledge your presence and I met and talked to the most amazing employee named Carol at the Man O War location in Lexington, KY who gave me hope that we still have restaurants with hard working people that believe in excellent customer service. She reminded me I was a guest not a customer. Give that sweet woman a raise. Thanks Fazoli’s for still caring about customer service. May you remain around til my 8 year old granddaughter has children that she can bring
