Michael, the guy accepting payments at the first window was severely preoccupied playing his poker game on his cell phone. It was a huge distraction to his work. I’ll never give my hard earned money to this location again! My wait due to his gaming was ridiculous!

I went to this Wendy's after an Oncology appt yesterday. I was starving, but really only wanted a frosty and fries.. something to tie me over.
The worker there, David, was incredible with me and another customer that was in Wendy's.
He patiently asked the elderly person, after me, if he wanted particular items on his sandwich...to make sure the order was right.
David has kindness and compassion, that we don't see so much in our hurried world today..and then to see it in a fast food setting!!? I was amazed and impressed.
Thank you David ...for taking time to make people feel important. You are awesome!
Wendys... this guy is fantastic!! Train your workers to be like David!

Went through the drive-thru got a baked potato, looked in the bag and there was only one butter. I had to ask the guy for another one, and then when I asked him if I could have one more, he rolled his eyes and acted like that he wasn’t allowed to do that, but then he gave it to me very rude.

The reason why I give this location such a poor rating as they have stopped serving fresh brewed tea. And that's one thing that I count on as a refreshing drink. So shame shame on them for taking the cheap route. They lost me as a customer.
