  The man working counter said I can only add to Wendy's points if I order myself online using Wendy's app. I told him I don't work here but I don't think that is correct. Then he said I need your bar code I had the app open on my phone trying to find he didn't know where to find. Another worker came up and showed me where to find my code. Driving home I realized with dealing with worker I forgot to use $3.00 off $20.00 or more. My order was not correct. I ordered 1 bacon hamburger but there was 2. I was missing a Dave's single with cheese. I've never had a problem with this location before but this experience was bad. I'm sure I'll go back but now I'll have to check my bag for to go orders.

  I visited this Wendy’s location during the morning shift and wanted to recognize the manager (Luther) for doing an outstanding job. He keeps the team organized, the atmosphere positive, and everything running smoothly during busy hours. You can tell he leads by example and treats both employees and customers with respect. It’s rare to see such strong leadership in fast food, and it truly makes a difference in the experience. Keep up the great work!

  The manager, Burt is very professional. I went in at first to get a large zero sugar sweet tea. Then, about 10 minutes later I returned to get a Junior cheeseburger. I was explaining to Burt that something told me come back and get something else. He told me that he likes repeat customers.
