  Absolute garbage location. It’s nearly impossible for them to ever get your order complete; always missing multiple items. TB Corporate - send help to this location ASAP!

  I requested the new garlic steak fries, when I got home and opened them there are only two pieces of steak and a small glob of cheese. Looks absolutely nothing like it’s advertised. This is the most embarrassing food I’ve ever seen from that store. I’ve had food stolen from the counter three times but these fries are the worst of experiences

  Disappointing experience at Taco Bell, Tates Creek Rd, Lexington, Kentucky I’ve been a Taco Bell customer, but my recent visit at the Tates Creek Road location in Lexington, KY was unacceptable. I ordered nachos that smelled strongly of bug spray and tasted off. When I drove back to the restaurant and brought it to the attention of the on-site manager, he admitted that it had an odor and stated it did not meet their standards. This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control at this store. In addition, I’ve noticed a pattern of diminishing portion sizes and quality, which is concerning given the current cost of living. I’m sharing this to alert both the store and corporate leadership so they can investigate, retrain staff if needed, and improve safety and quality checks to prevent future issues. I hope Taco Bell takes this seriously and provides a clear response and remedy.
