  Would rate a zero if possible. Ordered three #11 chicken cantina tacos (6 tacos). Each taco had literally 2 of the smallest pieces (1/2 teaspoon) of meat on each tacos. $35.26, food wasted, needless to say we were not going to eat cheese in crispy taco shell. Disappointing is NOT a strong enough word for the food we paid for. Taco Bell should close this location. Management made aware and shown the sad quality just informed us that this is the size of taco bell scoop. We have ordered many #11 meals and this has never been the quality served so now that portion size has changed to 1/2 teaspoon we will just go across the street to taco food truck. Taco food truck is so much better!!! Picture makes the taco look better than it did in person, saddest tacos ever!!! Don't laugh too hard.

  We stopped by to place an order in the drive through like we normally do and began to look at the menu. The menu that by the way, plays an ad that covers the whole screen, preventing customer from seeing anything other than that ad for at least 10 seconds. I mention this because after greeting the person behind the speaker and saying we were looking she kept interrupting us asking if we were ready to order. We hadn't been at the speaker for a full minute. It was so obnoxious my husband asked if it was AI. Unfortunately it was a real person and we again asked for more time becuase it is very hard to communicate and put together an order when you can't hear people in the car with you becuase the cashier keeps yelling through the speaker. After we asked for more time (we've been at the speaker for 90 seconds at this point per the clock in the car) we were told to pull around and wait in the line again. Why? So we can get another 30 seconds to look over the menu, during which another ad will play, preventing us from seeing the items? This is terrible customer service and made me doubt the food. If the employees don't have time for you to complete a sentence, how pressed for time are they going to be in the kitchen and what shortcuts are they taking? I will not be visiting this location again and you probably shouldn't either unless you are just ordering for yourself and you don't want/need to look at the menu.

  Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Received food that was barely cooked and nothing in it. Took it back to get replaced and they gave me the same thing back lmao

  Terrible customer service, entitled 30+ female manager told me to call corporate if I wanted to after they screwed up the order instead of making it right! Apparently they do not need my business so I will make that happen and get in touch with the franchise owner. Also, because I said I will not drive back around I will wait right here for the one item I was threatened with the police and as I was sitting at Wendy's 3 (three) cruisers pulled into this Taco Bell and left....I'm may importante' !!! Geez, it's fast food not Fort Knox, salt & grease !!!
