My order was fresco style and the employee who took my order didn't understand what that meant so I had to explain it. My 2 chalupas had a few pieces of cheese on them and I'm allergic to cheese. My 2 tacos had beef on them and I don't eat meat. I returned my tacos and noticed an employee texting on her phone. She didn't change her gloves and started making my food. I tried to grab her attention multiple times and she ignored me. When I finally grabbed her attention, I told her that not changing her gloves was a big no no when handling food after touching her personal items. I could tell it upset her. She was rude and mumbled quite a bit under her breath. I didn't like how she slid my food to me either. My order was wrong again so I decided to just get a refund. I spoke with the manager who was very polite and professional, but I didn't feel confident he would do what he needed to do to make sure it never happened again. After I left the restaurant, I filed a complaint with corporate and contacted the Health Department. Anyone mishandling food like her absolutely should not ever work in the food industry. That's how people get sick. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Came by after a show to get the limited time franks red hot Diablo burrito and the kids working last nights drive thru around 130am said they didn't have it just because they didn't want to serve us. Maybe because we are Hispanic, maybe because they didn't want to do their jobs. Don't know. But door dashing the same order from a different taco bell 8 hours later was no issue. Fire the kids that work at night, they obviously don't care about their jobs or Yum brand.

Pathetic. They have replaced cashiers with kiosks and it takes 45 minutes to get served. They have saved money but not lowered prices. Miserable corporate greed. What a joke.

Ppl was nice but the fries were cold and I asked for extra cantina chicken and it looked like the put less than more. Made no sense 😕
