- TBTrey BelhasenJan 14, 20251.0If you’re the owner and reading this, please do something. The staff is horrible. The employees were in an argument with each other the entire time I was ordering. Sandwich maker took no care with making our sandwiches. We get home and the herb and cheese bread is burnt to the point the whole bottom half of the sandwich was hard and inedible. Just shut this location down if this is how you’re going to run an operation.

I initially went through the drive-thru and waited several minutes, but no one acknowledged me. Fine, I thought, maybe they’re busy. So I parked and went inside. When I walked in, I saw the employee cleaning—okay, that’s fine, cleanliness is important. But here’s where things went downhill fast. He didn’t acknowledge me at all. No “hello,” no “I’ll be with you in a moment,” not even a glance in my direction. I stood there for several minutes, waiting and hoping he’d at least acknowledge my existence. Instead, he just kept cleaning, not saying a single word. I eventually walked out because it was clear I wasn’t going to get served. Honestly, even if he had decided to serve me, I highly doubt he would have changed the gloves he’d been using to clean with. Just thinking about the possibility of him making a sandwich with those same gloves is disgusting. I was so fed up that I drove to another Subway down the road to get my meal. This experience was a complete failure in customer service, and I cannot believe how poorly this location is run. No acknowledgment, no service, nothing. Hands down the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had—and the guy didn’t even say a single word. Avoid this place at all costs.
