  So The food is great, made to order-the ingredients look really fresh. They will build just about any kind of sub you want within reason so there's no cookie cutter approach to ingredients. Everything's clean, like "so clean you could eat off the floor" clean. The guy working was polite, friendly and helpful. The only drawback, and I would stress that for most it would NOT be a negative trait, is their location. So it's right after the light in a curve on New circle road which means there's usually a ton of cars around you and it can make getting in and out difficult which results in they're not being as many customers there as you would think for the quality & value you get from a place like this. I've heard other ppl say this is the best Subway they've ever been to. I would say that's a bit of a stretch but it's not impossible to believe.

  Stopped by yesterday, only because it was the most convienient place to get into. I used to be a big fan of Subway, years ago. I stopped going because of really poor service from people behind the counter and the fact that most of time, everything was really dirty. Behind the counter, the dining are and the rest rooms. Some people pay no attention to those things. I do. I walked in the door yesteday and immediately noticed a huge difference from past experiences. Everything looked and smelled clean. Absoutely perfect right down to the exceedingly pleasant young man that made my sandwich. Bravo Subway....This one you got exactly right.

  My order has been without something everytime and I didn't ask for it toasted and it was. Literally I don't think they put effort in making food and making their customers happy.

  I've been going to this subway just about every week for years, I'm often mailed coupons and have never had an issue using them until today. I always order the same thing, just a regular roast beef sandwich, today when I tried to use a coupon, the guy said I couldn't use it because the coupon says it's not valid for certain sandwiches including the garlic roastbeef, I didn't order the garlic roastbeef, I explained that and he just said he couldn't take it. I don't think he knew what he was doing, I've had issues with him before only putting only 4 or 5 slices of roast beef on a footlong, he clearly needs better training! I ended up leaving without the sandwichesthat were already made because he wouldn't take the coupon. What a waste! I definitely won't be coming back to this subway!
