Went to pick up an order this past Saturday night of 3 sandwiches and she hands me an open, large grocery sized bag with three sandwiches rolling around in the bottom. I asked where are the drinks? Oh she said look at the ticket, they are right there. I looked at her dumbfounded and she says "You have to get them out of the cooler around the corner". I HAVE TO GET MY OWN DRINKS? Fine I take the order and later I realize, she didn't put the chips in the bag either. I suppose I was SUPPOSED TO PREP MY OWN ONLINE ORDER? I don't have this problem at any other Subway, just this one. Bravo. 🙄

One my order wasn’t ready until 11:30. 2nd they literally put everything i didn't ask for on the sandwich. ALSO part of this is the employee fault but ALSO THE OWNER BECAUSE HE/SHE HAS ONLY ONE WORKER IN THERE IT WAS RUSH HOUR AND IT WAS ONLY ONE SINGLE PERSON RUNNING ORDERS ON HER OWN. I use to work in Subway and this is lack of the owner caring for his employees or even customers. Of course he/ she only cares for the money coming in and could care less about what else is going on. They really need better management.
