RSB catered for the wedding that I coordinated on 10/25/25 not only was the food delicious but the two caterers were AMAZING! From the moment they walked in they were a calming presence ready to help make sure things ran smoothly! My husband was assigned the job of moving the wedding cake across the room from the fridge to the display table and Ben jumped right in to help him and ensure that there were no cake related disasters. Before leaving the caterers checked in with me and made sure there was nothing else they could help with at all. Choosing Red State as your event caterer is the way to go!

They had a wide selection of meats and sides and sauces. Everything was flavorful on its own without sauce, but their sauce selection was really tasty and rounded out the base seasoning really well. We had the chicken, pork, brisket, sausage, slaw, beer cheese grits, potato salad, baked beans, and mac and cheese. If we lived out here I would be back frequently for the good food, fair prices, and friendly people. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Seems that it wasn't fair considering someone that has tasted Texas Barbecue for 20+ years. Overall great experience, Great atmosphere, food was different, good flavor in the jalapeno sausage, good prices, and I loved the service energy towards the customers. I wasn't too thrilled with the parking conditions. Plenty parking if not busy. Next time, before I go, I will have to talk to more locals on what the hidden gems are at this place. Will definitely come by and try them again.

Only downside is the popularity of the place. They do so much takeout and delivery, it can be a very long wait to get your food if you want to dine in.

I called in to pick up an order as I knew that it was getting close to the end of the day, and verify that I was still able to place an order. The girls were very kind when I picked up the order, and this is in no way reflection of their customer service. However, when I sat down to eat my meal, it had a piece of plastic in my sandwich. Also, one of the sides in my meal was wrong. For restaurant reference, they marked my name as Cara.
