It was my boyfriend’s first time and the staff were not only respectful but very helpful helped with deciding what to get and told us which items were the best. My boyfriend got the crepe and a mojito. But I got a Chinese peach ice cream that was amazing! The wonderful man who helped us even told me about the fried chicken ice cream. I wish I had gotten his name he was very kind and a great help with high energy and great vibes.
- PWPenny Woods5 days ago1.0I ordered a mojito mocktail drink. Mind you, these are $7.99. I have never felt so scammed at a restaurant! I watched the server put, by hand, so much ice in the cup that he was arranging them like puzzle pieces to get more to fit. The ice was literally crammed in the cup so tightly that a 12 oz can of Sprite wouldn’t fit. When he handed it to me, I remarked that it was ALL ice. His reply was “that’s to make it cold”. No, that’s to sell me an $8 cup of ice! When I tried to insert the straw, it wouldn’t fit without some forceful jabbing because of all the ice. It might have had 5 or 6 swallows in the whole thing. Ironically, I stopped at Bath & Body Works, drink in hand. One of their associates remarked that it was a fun looking drink. I made sure to tell her where I had gotten it and not to get sucked in. When I told her the price, her mouth literally fell open, and she replied, “FOR THAT?” Yep. I got suckered.
