  Went through to get some dinner a few minutes ago, was not handed straws, when attempting to ask the lady who handed us our food after sitting there for 10 or so minutes had rudely and very quickly slammed the window on us. Never asked us if we needed anything at all and didn’t even bother to ask us what all we had in our bag either just asked if we had the “crispy chicken and stuff” please hire nicer staff, my mother was very sad that we didn’t get straws or extra napkins :(, will not be going back any time soon. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

  At Riley’s, I arrived to pick up my order after already waiting far too long. Just when I thought I’d finally escape with my food, the employee at the counter told me to go to the other side to collect it. The surprising part? My order was already ready—she could have simply handed it to me right there. Instead, I had to stand in another long line for no good reason. It seemed like she was frustrated because the place was busy, but that doesn’t justify being dismissive. Her attitude wasn’t friendly, and the instruction she gave made the process harder for me as a customer. The situation felt unnecessary and avoidable, and it left me with a poor impression of the service at that moment.

  The fries are amazing!!!! Excellent service! Very fast! I love Rally’s food and choose this location specifically because they are fast and reliable.

  5 stars for Terry ALL DAY! This is my daughter’s favorite restaurant so we come here quite often, and at different times of the day. Now I know I only want to go there if Terry is working. He just goes the extra mile. He smiles at you, he’s kind, and he doesn’t seem bothered by your presence. I’ve had all those things happen to me at this rally’s and other places, and it sucks. I really hope y’all know Terry’s worth and do what you can to keep him happily employed. When I think of Rally’s, I think of the great fries and the really nice guy up front. But I am mad yall changed the hamburger buns 😒 I miss the sesame seed ones. Anyway, 5 stars for Terry, 4 on the food cause half the time the fries aren’t filled all the way up but I like to think they’re just busy and haven’t had time to drop more idk. Get them buns back and make sure the app stays working and we good.
