The food is alright but it's not good enough to justify the long wait. I ordered my food and they had me go to the other window. I went there and waited in line for 20 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating but I checked my receipt time and it was 20 minutes. I wanted to just cancel my order after 10 minutes but there was nobody on my window side for me to talk to.

Food was colder than room temperature. AFTER ordering, receiving my food and leaving, I find out I received no pies with my cold meal; the "manager" Samantha came to the window yelling they were out of pies. We assumed the long wait time was to cook the fish sandwiches but they too were cold. Part of the reason for our long wait was they were putting up the truck delivery, which brought me to my question of if there is a delivery truck that you have finished unloading, why not have any of the product that is being ordered. Not only that, somehow for my two apple pies I was offered one order of cheesecake bites that were "made fresh" but also cold before we left the parking lot. This review will post to Google. This was the worst experience imaginable being that we ordered online, there were no cars in front or behind us and the mark was still missed so seriously with 3 or more employees on shift with no business...

My order on the app says it would of have been 29.98, when I ordered in person because the app wasn't working my total was 36.02, an extra $6 for what?? THEN, I was told to wait for my strawberry bites, waited, get home. Guess what isn't in my bag? My $6 worth of strawberry bites on top of the extra $6 I was already charged? Then when I've called multiple times in the past couple hours, all I get is voicemail without a voicemail box. RIDICULOUS.
