As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- CCChad5 days ago5.0Tonight was the highlight of my week due to three individuals that put a smile on my face after having a very long depressing day with bad news. I pull up to order food and as I get to the window to pay, I could see that they were cleaning up their work areas in order to close for the evening and all three seem to be very young, but all three had a smile on their face and greeted me with that same smile while asking me how my day went then after we talked for a moment, they asked me to please pull around to wait for my food to be done fresh and as I was waiting, they checked on me to let me know that they were working on it still just didn’t want me thinking I was waiting for nothing and as I tried to tip, Isaiah, Damien and Charlie, which were the three employees they responded and said no just stay blessed! And as we parted ways, they gave me that same smile, and that same energy, which is very rare to find nowadays, and I just want to applaud them and thank them because they truly lightened up my day! The food was fresh. The energy was great and the concern and care that they showed simply by their gestures meant so much to me! Thank you guys and you’re much appreciated whether you know it or not cause you never know what somebody’s going through in life and you never know what somebody’s thinking. The world needs to be more like you guys not quick to judge not negative and treat people with love as you guys did me. Thank you again and be blessed!

- LCLouis ChadwellNov 12, 20251.0The rallys in Tates Creeck center is the worst rallys in lexington they holler there out of items they can never get ur order right they need to either step up there game or close it down day shift is fine is ok but night shift is very rude and disrespectful mess up orders all the time sale cold and old products when talk with the Manger tell him ur order is wrong he copies attitude don't want to replace or remake order or if u are a dasher or Uber driver order is never ready u haft to wait on your delivery if u ask them how much longer they are rude the heavy set guy with the suspenders is always rude
