No one should be looked at in a strange way because they have an accent or because they are unfamiliar with the names of side dishes. Additionally, pricing needs to be consistent. I was charged about 40% more for the exact same dish I have ordered many times before, and the manager tried to convince me that this was the correct price—without offering any explanation or apology for the discrepancy. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake would have gone a long way. I cannot recall ever having this type of negative experience at any other food establishment.

We were the only customer, which mean not busy. The staff came back from break and didn't even care to clean the table but have time to be on cellphone or chat. My daughter found hair on her bowl. We didn't bother to report this because this will be our first and last visit.
