When I called the CSR told me there was no order for me under the number she asks for off the box then told me my address wasn’t on that order.. everything was under my name, I ordered through the app. After asking to speak to a manager she caught an attitude. The manager found it and said he would credit my card back after midnight. Hopefully he does.

Between orders being wrong or food showing up "mishandled " let's say, even after bringing this to managers attention it keeps happening. I gave up after 4 consecutive mishaps. Avoid this one!
