  Generally I have been very pleased with the Hamburg Panera. However, as of late the dining area has been way too cold to sit and enjoy a meal. On Feb 24, 2026, it was miserably freezing cold. Several diners had on coats and hats. If the heat was out, they should post a sign so diners would know to do take out, but if kitchen staff is cooling the place for their comfort, that's just plain wrong headed. Whatever it is please fix it. It would be a shame if this Panera became just another frozen restaurant.

  I had accidentally ordered my food at the wrong store. I tried to all of I could switch the order. They said I had to call the other store to cancel. I did but no answer. The manager got an answer and cancelled my order. I put in another order, having to borrow money because it wasn’t refunded right away, which is no big deal. Then I got a Caesar salad with no cheese, no dressing and a piece of bread tastes just like mold. I eat here about once a week and have never an issue. This took my entire lunch period, I an unable to leave and now have to be at work until 6 with nothing to eat and it is 1:55 pm. Good looking out Panera!

  A clean, bright and pleasant place for breakfast, lunch or a break for coffee. Lots of healthy opinions on the menu. One of the Panera chain and has a customer loyalty reward program. Some tables are outdoors. You can also order in advance for rapid pick-up.

  Stopped for a quick bite. Ordered in the automatic kiosk and food was ready in 5min. Place is clean and organized. Recommend the visit.

  Panera has some good food, though not all of it is. I ordered chili yesterday and it definitely tasted like it came from a can. My daughter worked there when she was in highschool and said that all of the soups are delivered in giant bags from elsewhere. The meats and cheeses on their sandwiches are pretty high quality and they come on freshly baked bread in some interesting combos. They also offer other bakery items that look good. This particular Panera has 3 free standing screens you can place your order on which makes the service faster. I placed my order through their app and it was ready within 10 minutes. There's also a drive through. For me, Panera is a fast (ish) food option which is healthier than burger places. I wouldn't make a point of going there under other circumstances, but I'm fussy and many people absolutely love it.
