She is the kind of person you would want representing your company. In the short time that I was there, not only did she make sure all of my gift cards were correct and accurate, but several customers came up and said their farewells, calling her by name. This store may have regulars because the Hazelnut coffee is great, but I think they keep coming back because of her smiling face, helpful and happy attitude, and hard work!
