  I know this Panera has received a lot of negative reviews, however, the management here is working incredibly hard to make this a great restaurant. At a recent visit, I forgot to pick up the scone I had ordered after eating my lunch. I’m not sure how it happened, but on my part of things I just forgot about it. When I called later that today to see if the scone might still be waiting for me, the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He even added a credit onto my account so that I would be able to come back and enjoy my next visit. Overall, they do a good job of maintaining a clean café like atmosphere, treating customers kindly and delivering tasty food quickly.

  Why would it take more than 25 minutes to walk in, order a sandwich, get it, and leave??? This is the slowest food place in Lexington! It's ridiculous!

  I was seated at a table with my water bottle and coffee and stepped away for less than a minute to use the restroom. When I came back, everything had been cleared and thrown away. This is the second time this happens here. Clearing a table that is clearly still in use is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously.

  A few months ago, I started running, and on my way home there’s a Panera nearby, so I began stopping there to grab breakfast. I initially enjoyed the convenience, but unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues with order accuracy, which has become very frustrating. On one occasion, I ordered four sandwiches but found only three in the bag after I got home, requiring me to drive back to the store. The following week, I checked the bag before leaving and confirmed the quantity was correct, but later discovered that one sandwich was missing bacon. Again, I had to return to have it remade. Another time, I ordered a family meal that allows either two full-size sandwiches or four half-size sandwiches. I ordered one full-size sandwich and two half-size sandwiches, but when I got home, the full-size sandwich was missing. None of the sandwiches were labeled, so it was unclear what was missing. When I returned, the manager offered a refund and remade the sandwich, but the refund never appeared even days later. Most recently, my son picked up a chicken sandwich from this location while in a hurry. While eating it, he realized there was no chicken in the sandwich—only egg and avocado. Because these mistakes have happened repeatedly, I’ve stopped going to this location. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect orders to be accurate, especially given the time and inconvenience caused by having to make multiple return trips.
