  Five stars all the way! The service I received from this incredibly elegant gentleman was nothing short of exceptional. He carried himself with confidence, professionalism, and a calm, welcoming presence that immediately put me at ease. Dressed sharply and impeccably groomed, he paid attention to every detail and made sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. His communication was clear, respectful, and thoughtful, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything exceeded expectations. It’s rare to encounter service delivered with such class, grace, and genuine care. Highly recommended! I believe his name is tyreeq.

  I went there with my family and out server Keisha was absolutely amazing, she was very nice and friendly. Our drinks did not go empty once. Keisha was an absolute rockstar, I will visit this location again based off service. The food was great as well. The atmosphere was very pleasant

  Weve eaten at outback 3 times in the past month and its just been BAD! The pasta was horrible, the chicken tasted like fish. We arent seafood eaters and the manager said they had just cooked fish on the grill and that was why. Our last experience was yesterday and were just done. 4 of us, and we all got steak. The new Delmonico was basically all fat with very little actual meat. The 2 others were NY strips and apparently they were bad cuts because they had tough "tendons" running thru them and you literally could not even cut them. My husband sent his back, it was disgusting. He didnt get to eat anything. I tried so hard to eat mine but gosh, it was just awful. 3/4 of all of our steaks were left on the plates. The manager removed my husband's meal from our bill, but one huge issue i have is the manager, whom weve spoken to twice now. She is quite loud, and over talks you. Were trying to explain whats going on with our food, and she doesnt let you speak. She interrupts and speaks so loud and quickly you just give up after a few mins of trying. She offered to remake his, he said no because it was THAT bad, but then we were trying to tell her the issues with the other steaks but she never would let any of us talk, at all. Its rude, its annoying, and I hate it because outback was our favorite place! We ate here so regularly, and the past several times its been this way! The service yesterday evening was ok, she never refilled our drinks, we asked for more bread and she never brought it. We had to ask again about 25 mins after we asked the 1st time and then eventually she did bring it. She had a large group but they left way before that. So im not sure what the deal was, but overall if youre wanting a consistent restaurant avoid this one, unfortunately
