  McDonald's coffee is still my favorite, lol. I'm excited about this new modern look McDonald's is implementing. Artificial grass is my favorite, lol.

  Ordered to pick up, waited 25 minutes, I was running late to an appointment and didn’t have time to wait any longer. I went inside to resolve but the manager refused to refund my money.

  Went through the drive thru...Speaker was way toooo loud in combination with the girl taking orders. Felt like I was being screamed at. No greeting, just "can I help you?" in a tone that most would consider to be rude, put out, bothered. I pull to pay, not sure what window to go to because there was 3, still no greeting, just gives me my total, runs my card then hands out back with receipt. No additional instructions, so I pull to the 2nd window, young man opens the window, hands me my drink, I said thank you, he says nothing and shuts the window. I sat there cause again no instructions, do I stay here, pull to window #3 or what....So I waited about 4 minutes or so, same young man opens window, hands me my food, I said thank you and he mumbled something resembling you're welcome. My sandwich was jot but fries had been under the warmer.... I noticed it is part of the McTribe group of McDonald's, and I've had similar experiences at one in Georgetown, so sadly not surprised. But it seems like people, some, not all, just have no desire to be at work, or maybe they are not appreciating the fact they have a job. McDonald's McTribe group can do better.

  Very friendly, instead of juat handing me the food theymade my morning with the "enjoy your food and have a great day" TY!

  I'm not sure what the issue is with this location, but their service is just rough. Eye rolling and intentionally giving wrong items because I asked them to correct the food item is just disappointing. I've given them multiple chances and just don't see any improvement.
