  Little girl with the ring in her nose couuld have smiled or even better yet, said thank you. Is the job pool so bad that you can’t hire people at a drive thru to smile and say thank you?! Poorly managed on a Saturday morning, I hope your weekday shift is better.

  Constantly slow drive through. Even when nobody is in line. It is very aggravating as this is the only place close to where I work. It really is the slowest drive through on earth. I’ve been inside too and they definitely have the staff to do it. One time I waited for several minutes at the register to ask for the coffee they didn’t give me in the drive thru as their two employees chatted and pretended no to see me

  While the food is usually good, it gets kind of irritating when we have to pull around and wait every single time. I order on the app and order ahead of time and still... always have to pull around. Would be fine every now and then but its literally every. Single. Time. If only there were a system... that could tell you ahead of time that an order was coming so it could be ready....like the app? Lol

  Both my husband and I LOVE the bagels. We have traveled all over the country and the ones we had here this morning were hands down the ABSOLUTE best! They were soft, had plenty of hollandaise sauce too. Things were clean and taken care of too. Highly recommend. Way to go folks!
