When I called to complain, I was met with an automated system that didn't allow me to speak to anyone in the store, sending me straight to voicemail instead. The 800 numbers are a joke - you never get to talk to a real person, and calls are never returned. The service at this location is subpar. Orders seem to be thrown together without much care, and customers are often ignored. I've stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, only to be met with complete disregard. It's time for this McDonald's to revamp their customer service. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. For cold coffee and she was proud of herself when she handed me that coffee !!

I told him to just keep his nasty food if I'm not allowed to buy a drink. - MGmark grayOct 12, 20251.0I have been to many McDonald's locations this one is by far the worst I have ever seen the managers treat the crew members horribly they have served raw meat several times I tried to go back a few times to give them a chance but nothing has changed last time I went one of the burgers was raw I took it back and the manager went threw the whole bag without gloves on putting hands in the food and then refused to remake it or refund Most of the crew members seam to be polite and kind but the cooks cant get anything right and the managers are very rude and unprofessional Also overtime I have been in there it seams the managers dont seam to know how to dress properly
