I never usually write reviews but I wanted to make sure that these employees are somehow appreciated. This morning I came through the drive-through and I have never experienced a smoother running morning drive-through crew. She was taking orders left and right With accuracy and confirmation. Seemed like everyone was working as a team and it was running smoothly. I haven’t experienced this at a McDonald’s in a very long time. Good job! Deserve a raise!

While waiting on food with my daughter, we noticed a long delay. A kid near us mentioned he had been waiting since 10:07 AM. I checked the time — it was 10:55 AM. During this wait, I overheard a man named Travis, who appeared to be a manager, giving away breakfast items to people in the lobby the same items the kids had ordered. When I tried to ask about the order, Travis talked over me and brushed it off, repeatedly saying “it’s Christmas” and how busy they were, instead of checking on the issue. Meanwhile, people were steadily receiving food.
It was later confirmed that the kids’ order had been given away to other customers. Rather than trying to fix the mistake, Travis continued to complain. Another employee eventually stepped in and helped, but it shouldn’t have taken that.
I was extremely disappointed — especially for the kids. If no adult had spoken up, I’m not sure who would have. Busy days happen, but how you handle mistakes matters, and this was handled very poorly.

Poor customer service: The individual responsible for taking orders at the drive-through window has been unprofessional and rude to me twice. As a result, I will not return to this location and strongly recommend against it.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Didnt move an inch for 18 minutes. The person taking the order struggled to talk. I asked the cashier what was going on I was ignored. Ask the employee that gave me my cold food what was going on all he said was everybody was cooking. While he went to look for my food he left the window open that usually blocks your view to the interior of the store. Bad mistake. Trash on ground, dirty floor, very ‘unkept’. Told him how bad the service had been he said something to me as I drove away. Called manager when I got home and all he said was they were short on staff, they were busy hiring and training. The general manager got on I told her about the service and the dirty kitchen - she basically screamed she was going to close the store and have everybody clean, then hung up. Wow. Not eating there again. I was not surprised to learn they have a very low google rating of 3.2.
