- JJJenFeb 12, 20261.0This location really need to Re-train all employees on how to make their Latte/ macchiato/coffee drinks. This is the 3rd time I have visited this location and there be absolutely ZERO coffee or espresso in my drink. Literally milk and syrup only. I dont understand how they can hand a drink out the window that is supposed to be a coffee drink but be solid white. When you call the store to try and address the situation, no one answers the phone. This hasn't only been a personal issue, Ive had several other people I know have the same experience at this location. The cost of these kind of drinks are too expensive for it to not be what is advertised. Hopefully they do better for future customers. I will no longer visit this location for my daily coffee.
