I understand it being rush hour, but it's the poor low vibrational attitudes from the staff altogether... Especially the woman who wore her hair net over her two buns and not her actual head... She had the worst attitude of them all!!! Just gross... As if they embodied the Grinch!!!! -100 is what I give!!! Pissed me off!!!!
