  They have new staff there and apparently they think they can change the rules and throw all the reg food away at 2:50am to get ready for breakfast… when my big back knows breakfast starts at 4am. I also ordered through the app, and I know that the app wouldn’t have let me order regular food if they were serving breakfast.

  The bag broke & all the food fell off when we were taking it. We’re Devastated 😭. With how expensive things are getting, they should at least make their bags better or put stuff in other bags

  Absolutely horrible customer service from Window 2. Horrible. She looks pissed the whole time and acts as if you are a bother. My order was incorrect so I told her and she brought me back the exact same thing that was incorrect. I should've gone to chick fil a. Horrible customer service.

  We ordered on the app, ordered a medium lemonade which was given to us in a small McCafe cup, granted ive ordered a large before and gotten it in a regular cup, got home and nothing was fresh. The fries stale and floppy, my chicken nuggets were rubbery and chewy as if they had been setting out for a while. They were so gross I just threw them out. Most of the time when ive ordered food its been pretty on par. Yes fries being stale on occasion but having everything not fresh was very disappointing. Makes me want to go all the way across town to a differnet location instead of the one closer to my place.
