Don’t know what tall kid in the red shirt had going on tonight, but he was severely dismissive and rude. I get it. It’s 3am, you’re at work…I’m sorry. But he BARKED at me through the speaker when I was taking apparently too long for his liking, and then when he handed me my food I went to ask him a question but he was gone before I could even say “thank you”…I hope your day gets better, this was such an awful experience. I too was at work late, and was trying to just get food on my way home. I would have never spoken to you that way at my restaurant. I’m sorry, it turned me off so hard.

Horrible experience!! Placed my order at the drive-thru window. Pulled up to get my food. They gave me the drinks and had me pull forward. I sat there for over 10 minutes while cars behind me were getting their food and driving off. My daughter got out of the car and walked inside to check. One girl looked at her and walked off without helping and no one else even offered to help. My daughter came back out and got in the car so we decided to pull back up to the drive-thru speaker. The employee told me to pull forward when I told them I still hadn’t received my food. They had not even started fixing my order. I had to sit there another 10 minutes. The employees were RUDE. Oh, and it wasn’t even busy. You could pull straight up to a drive-thru speaker without having to wait in line. Will definitely not go back to this location. Horrible service!! Additionally, the fries were cold and gross.

This is the worst McDonald's In the state. The service is terrible, the attention to order detail is even worse. I have never had someone mess up my order more than this establishment. Its as simple as making a burger PLAIN!!!!! it's not hard to put just cheese on a burger. there unapologetic and cant even have the decency to offer you something for they're constant screwups. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next closest McDonald's.
