  I choose to give no stars. First we were passed out the wrong order, then asked to pull forward and wait, the second time the order was wrong. The third time they forgot the sauce for the nuggets. By the time they got order out it was cold as ice. And all the workers that had attended to us we very rude about the hole situation. Even though we were kind with all the caous.

  Ordered fish sandwich. No tarter sauce on the sandwich...not good. 😐

  I used my points for a sausage biscuit and simply asked to add cheese. I was told I can’t because the system wouldn’t let her do that. I said “if I sit here right now and do a mobile order, I can add cheese so I know you can do it. I am going to pay the dollar for the cheese, I just need it on my sandwich”. I was handed a bag as if an ordered a big breakfast but didn’t think anything of it once the lady said it was just my biscuit. The picture is what I received and exactly why I will always say Leestown Rd. is one of the absolute worst McDonald’s.

  Absolutely a joke! Waited in line for 15 minutes for ice coffee to be told they “aren’t selling it right now” I said I’ll take it made with hot coffees… they refused.
