She went above and beyond — called me by name instead of a number, brought my food right to my table (even though she didn’t have to), and did it all with a smile. We had a brief, friendly chat, and her positive attitude really stood out. Charming, happy, personable — easily the best customer service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. 10/10 employee! 👏👏
