    Every time I go in there the older lady working up front is so condescending never gets my order right then when I say something it’s my fault I’m never going there again plus they owe me a milkshake I never got

    Worst location I've ever been to, consistently. They often ignore drive thru lines until you ask if someone is there. Always an attitude. Most recently they said they were closed at like 8pm. The drive thru line was out into the street, the lights are still on, the app is still accepting mobile orders. But again they were just ignoring the drive thru until someone demanded service and they said they were closed. I had placed a curbside pickup order, nobody was coming out so I called inside and they said they were closed and to cancel my order. But I couldn't because I'd already checked in and told it my parking space nylumber. I asked them to cancel it and they said they couldn't. I asked why they didn't turn their lights off or something and was told they were 24 hours and are not obligated to turn their lights off......?? Make it make sense.

    Waited 14 minutes to get 2 drinks. Paying on store customers should not be served after drive thru.
