- KKKellyDec 26, 20251.0I can only give this McDonald's 1 star the employees are so very rude & they never cook nor prepare the food properly it's either cold or not completely done the employees that take your order & $ at the drive thru windows & intercom are very unprofessional & so very rude I will NEVER give my service to this McDonald's EVER again & my Uncle & I eat breakfast about 5 days a week so we're very nice credible customers but we will take our business to McDonald's on Winchester rd lex ky from here on out GOD BLESS & please take my advice & take your business to a different McDonald's restaurant

Everyone in ear shot overheard the inappropriate conversation being screamed across the store and employee being bullied by these two girls. The sign on the front says “proud owners” I wouldn’t be proud. I would have shut it down forever ago. Never again.
