  I’ve been coming through the drive through in the mornings and ordering black coffee. I haven’t had many problems the last week and a half up until the last few days. Yesterday they had put cream in it without me asking (I’m lactose intolerant). I had to drive back after my 2 hour break from work to have them make a new one. Today a 1/3 of the cup is filled with coffee grounds!! I just spit a whole mouth out full of these!! How hard is it for you guys to make a regular black coffee? I’ll be coming up there on lunch break and asking for a refund. I’d rather spend $5 on a black coffee from Dutch bros and it be made right !

  Why is the food not hot? I didn’t ask for it to be reheated because they were so busy doing nothing!!! Can y’all put a microwave in the lobby? Please

  At store on Tates Creek this morning ask for bacon and egg and cheese biscuit got home and ready to eat and it had one little piece of bacon, they were out of sausage they must must be out of bacon. Disappointed.

  Went through the drive-through asked for a number 11 steak, egg and cheese bagel received A bacon egg and cheese bagel twice after I told the cashier that I got one that was wrong last time you can tell nobody cares about anything in this place when you tell him something they just go. I don’t care this. McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to in Lexington.
