  Worst store ever. They are rude and give you the nastiest attitude ever. I got a 40 piece nugget large French fries and 2 snack wrap meals. They didn’t take my coupon for 20%off asked for a receipt since I paid cash gave me my order all rushed and no sauces and rolled his eyes and closed the window on my face when I asked for my receipt. Never coming back again

  WORST MCDONALDS EVER THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE WE JUST WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FRIES WERE ICE COLD THEY THREW THEM IN a WARMER AND LITERALLY TOSSED THEM OUT THE WINDOW SOME BLONDE CHICK AND THE GENTLEMAN at the first window where you pay was very frustrated slamming his drawer slamming his window THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THE STAFF IS RUDE

  Went thru drive thru and buying for another person...the teens working both windows seemed to be annoyed to be there working and when asked for a receipt they both rolled their eyes and insisted they couldn't print one because not of the receipt machines worked. They really need some staff that appreciate customers as without us they wouldn't have a job!

  It was so bad , I asked for a McDouble with no pickles but I got a McDouble with no pickle,extra salt, no onions. The fries were really salty, food was cold, person at drive thru was rude and rushing me. Very disappointed experience

  It is with great reluctance that I leave this review. I have been going to this McDonald's for years and the quality just keeps getting worse. Every week, I treat my work crew to breakfast there and I typically get lunch personally there 1-2 times a week, as it is close to my business location. Recently, I've reached my breaking point. Each week, they get something wrong with the order placed through the app. Each time, the attitude is that of me inconveniencing them to get the mistake corrected. The frappes ordered frequently are received in leaking, cracked cups, to the point that my crew make jokes about adding a special request for a non-cracked cup. Yesterday, I was very late to lunch and was starving. I ordered a quarter pounder and received the burger shown in the attached photo. It was burned and smashed. I tried to eat it anyway, as I was that hungry, but couldn't after two bites. When I went back to exchange it, I was polite and asked for them to remake it. It took 10 minutes just to get their attention and another 20 to get my replacement sandwich (which was better but not by a lot). As if that wasn't enough, I gave them one more chance and got my weekly crew breakfast this morning. Chicken McGriddles were overcooked and sloppy. Mocha frappe (clearly on the label) had caramel instead of chocolate and... can you believe it? The cup was cracked and leaking. I'm done. Not only with this McDonald's but with all of them. This experience was that terrible. I'll use up my points in the app for homeless folk to get some free food and then it's getting deleted.
