  We came for a UK basketball game with my kids and it was a blast / one of the games broke and Alisha was able to give my girls prizes from the game and it made the girl’s day. 10/10 recommend for adults and children

  The folks helping at the front kiosks were helpful once I asked them for help. The folks at the bar took a really long time to even acknowledge us. My friend joked that maybe they'd notice us if he faked a seizure. The atmosphere is LOUD. Next time I go, I will use ear protection. I bought a $50 card, but have tons of points left because the non-arcade activities (pool, bowling, etc.) cannot be paid with the fun card.

  Honestly? I prefer Mailbu Jack's, simple because of food and space and quality of the games/experiences. However, for bowling, I highly recommend Main Event. My church has youth nights here from time to time, and it’s always so fun and enjoyable. Personally, the food's not great in my opinion. It's either way too salty or there's not enough salt, at least in my experience. If anyone's looking for a new non-denominational church, check out New Circle Church! If you want to, come for a service, and I'll be there waiting!

  Terrible decía que había una promoción de todos los juegos por 20$ pero a la hora de comprar los ticket en la tablet no aparecía y nadie se acercó ayudarnos o algo solo estaba trabajando una chica y en los bolos solo ví dos personas compramos el pase bien caro para según todos los juego y el láser tag y el juego de cuerdas estaba cerrado así que solo pudimos jugar bolos, me parece injusto porque si compras un pase para todas las actividades lo ideal es que estén abiertas fuimos en día de semana porque pensamos que en fin de semana estaría más lleno y así poder montarnos en todo tranquilamente pero la verdad terrible la mayoría cerrados. Sentí que perdí mi dinero bien caro que pagamos solo por jugar bolos

  Parent Beware. Avoid Booking a Party! We should have read the other reviews regarding parties. Inform yourself before making the same mistake. We attempted to host a birthday celebration at this facility, which involved significant expenses. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the establishment's advertising for children's parties. The party host appeared visibly overwhelmed and, at times, showed signs of frustration, including placing her head in her hands and audibly groaning. Our one-hour allocated time for cake and pizza was disrupted when she spent considerable effort searching for a table after ours was taken by another group. She seemed unsure of how to coordinate activities and repeatedly expressed uncertainty about her responsibilities. The children became increasingly restless due to long lines for attractions. After waiting in line for approximately ten minutes with the group, we tried to start the ropes attraction during our scheduled time. However, the attendant asked us to come back later, which was disappointing. We then requested to speak with a manager. Although the manager allowed the children to enjoy an additional attraction and provided extra game cards; many of which were defective; the overall experience remained unsatisfactory. By that point, our group was ready to leave, as the party environment was not enjoyable, and we were embarrassed by the visible disorganization in front of other parents. It also took nearly two hours to receive food ordered for the adults. Additionally, the host suggested to the birthday child's mother that she needed to "calm down," implying she was overly stressed about the lack of coordination and support from the staff. As we prepared to depart, a manager approached to inquire about our experience. When we shared our concerns regarding the hostess's behavior and the overall lack of organization, his response was, "I'll pass that along." If there is ever a reason to write a review, this is it. I would strongly advise against booking a birthday party here with the expectation that everything will be properly managed. The purpose of choosing a venue for children's parties is to reduce parental stress and provide a fun, engaging environment for the kids. Unfortunately, we left feeling frustrated, stressed, and disappointed, with restless children and disappointed parents.
