    The amount of sugar that they cram inside of these things is an atrocity. They could save so much money if they just cut the amount of sugar they put inside the donuts in half, and the donuts would benefit. Today I got three donuts, the apple pie, the New York cheesecake, and the Oreo cream. The apple pie is definitely the winner as it was the one that had the least amount of sugar and actually tasted like something unique. The New York cheesecake and the Oreo cream tasted identical because they were so crammed with sugar you couldn't tell the difference. It's a damn shame, I was so excited to try these and it was such a disappointment. Frank's donuts is much better, their cheesecake donut is to die for.

    Had absolutely the worst customer service experience possible at the Richmond Rd, Lexington Ky location. The young lady taking the order couldn’t hear us. when we got to the window she was very discombobulated. I completely understand her frustrations but she kept making smart comments as if it was my fault she couldn’t hear me. She began to raise her voice and when i asked to speak to the manager and she came to the window the manager still allowed the young lady to make rude comments.
