Rated atmosphere 4 since I only use the drive thru pickup. Their sandwiches are great and ordering through the app is a breeze. App could be improved by employing GPS. It fails to follow you. When I went to order again JJ app asked if I wanted to order from my last JJ outlet more than a thousand miles away.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s — I’ve visited locations all across the U.S., and it’s always been one of my favorite places for a quick, delicious meal. This particular location continues to impress me every time I stop by. They’re consistently fast and efficient, even during busy hours, and the staff is always friendly, polite, and genuinely welcoming. The sandwiches are always fresh and made with care. My current favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch toasted — it’s warm, flavorful, and always hits the spot. I also find myself ordering the #12 Beach Club pretty often, and it never disappoints. No matter what I choose, the quality is always spot on. My only con is that the store is kept absolutely freezing, so I usually end up ordering through the drive-thru just to avoid sitting inside. Other than that, everything about this location has been great. Overall, this is one of my go-to Jimmy John’s spots thanks to the great service, quick turnaround, and consistently tasty food!

I ordered at 2:12pm, directly through the Jimmy Johns app. Not a large order. A single sandwich combo. When I noticed that I still didn't have my order at 3:08 pm, I called the store. The lady that answered told me that she had just clocked in for her shift, and the previous shift had forgotten to send the order out. She said she would get on it right away, and that she'd remake it fresh. I got a notification at 3:27 that it was on the way, and then a notification at 3:28 that the order had been canceled. I called the store to see what was going on, and the lady assured me that it would still arrive, it was just a glitch in their system. The order never arrived. So I called a third time. They offered to remake it and throw in a cookie which was insulting after having waited 2 hours. I asked to speak to the manager. It took the manager (who identified herself as the assistant GM) a good 5 minutes to make her way to the phone. At that point, I was done. This is my first Jimmy Johns order in 9 years, and I will NEVER order again. This review asked me to rate the food. I have no idea, never got it. Every single person I spoke to was incompetent and it is abundantly clear that not a single soul at this location has any idea how to work their internal systems, how to properly schedule or manage a restaurant. Waiting 2 hours and still not ending up with any food is astonishing, and quite frankly, I'm not sure how any 1 person could be that bad at an entry level job, let alone an entire staff of them. If I were that bad at my job, I'd be fired. I was incredibly understanding and kind for the first phone call. I chalked it up to perhaps a bunch of catering orders the day before the holiday. I was still kind for the second phone call, and trusted the employee against my better judgement when she said the order would still arrive. I had a feeling that it wouldn't since the Uber order tracker stopped functioning. I was furious for my third phone call because while I had been kind and understanding, all the issues were due to sheer incompetence and just lack of care. I even tipped through the app beforehand. Guess the tip wasn't good enough for someone to just do their job and deliver the food. I wasn't even asking to be prioritized. Just for what I paid for to be delivered. Entire store should be retrained. This is without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a business. Shady street vendors in NYC do better than this.
