  20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order….sandwiches not made correctly….wrong sandwich received and no one will answer the phone. Won’t go back to this location. Out Richmond,KY store has me spoiled with GREAT service.

  Just spent over $55 for two sandwiches that had hardly anything on them. Over $20 per sandwich. They were vegetarian and barely had anything on them. The cucumber was soggy... Major disappointment. I don't plan to ever order from this location again.

  I've ordered 600+ inches of sandwich both for myself and others at this location alone. Whether it's delivery or pickup the quality stays consistent. The staff are always friendly and never ignored about modification requests. I've noticed that they've had some staff come and go with turn over but for the most part they have a good dedicated core at this location. I have nothing but respect for my local JJs.
