  I was the only car in the drive thru, maybe 1 person inside. It took me 19 minutes to receive a turkey sandwich and bag of chips for almost as many dollars. No idea how much a simple sandwich shop can be this painfully slow. Update: And the sandwich was wrong. Amazing.

  They mark their deliveries as "delivered" early to make their times look better. I have asked them multiple times to stop doing this as I have to go down stairs when they mark it as delivered just to see it wasn't really.
