I apologized right away, but the man working there started yelling at me, “What are you doing?” There was no reason for him to shout at anyone, especially at a woman who simply made an honest mistake. His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The atmosphere in this place is awful, and the customer service is downright unacceptable. I will not be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. I came in and there was no one at the front desk at all. I called out, “Excuse me, sorry, I need my order,” several times, but nobody came or even bothered to check.

Took 7 or 8 tries to get the order finalized. No drink or food served for almost 15 minutes with only 2 other customers inside.... then had to track someone down for extra breads ticks. Then a guy named JQ who appeared to be with corporate had an entire zoom meeting in the eating area, interrupting any sort of relaxing atmosphere, he walked into the women's restroom at one point without even knocking. Then mid zoom call his laptop died because there isnt any plugs anywhere in the dining room making it non conducive to meetings. Long story short his zoom meeting with other stores should focus less on cost savings and more on actual service.

For a lack of description, it was too tomatoey is the best way I can describe it. Other than that, the rest of the food was fantastic.
