We’re a bit like our hometown: sophisticated, well-traveled, but grounded in our roots. We believe there’s nothing more important than taking time to dine well with family and friends in a beautiful space. And we have a passion for all things Bluegrass - curing our meats in-house, supporting the region’s diverse farming and food community, and keeping a local-first mindset in everything we do.
Epping’s is located in a renovated historic building that once held Epping Bottling Works, home to the hustle and spirit of local entrepreneur John G. Epping. Today, we are proud to honor that history and be part of the energy of downtown Lexington’s Warehouse Block.

- APAdam P1 day ago4.0Had brunch there on a weekend. It was good. Very good food not a lot of choices. Made reservations online, not a fan of open table (3rd party used for online reservations). Had to select a high top and could only choose from very selective times that weren't convenient. Overall good experience

Tory was above and beyond as our server, and the food was amazing. As a vegetarian, even the steak and muscle entrees looked mouthwatering. My impossible burger was fabulous as were the spring rolls! Since moving here this place has been on the list so we were thrilled to call and catch a table for two to wrap up our night. We had the pleasure of Sam serving us food and amazing customer service. He wasted no time getting our drinks and telling us all about the features. We had a few hiccups with the food but service was happy to fix it and did not make us feel like a bother. The crab bisque came out smooth and creamy with just the right amount of poblano pepper for that kick at the end. Crème brûlée was deliciously smooth and made my fiancé very happy! We can not wait to return to try some other delicious plates and give this place another round on the taste buds. I can’t say enough about Sam and the wonderful service we received. Another reason we will be back!! See you again soon!!
