    Was not able to place an order for a cup of coffee. There was no one in line and the drive thru was not busy. Yet stood at the counter without being serviced. Not a comfortable vibe from the employees at the Norman location.

    Norman Lane, Lexington, KY employee was rude & racist. The $2 coupon I wanted to use, she said was $2 off. That was wrong, deceiving & cheating. She said the manager asked her to say so & that's how they work. Not a patron & not returning.
