Coffee is always burnt and watered down, the matcha is never mixed and not green? The munchkins I just got were the worst insult. There’s no way they didn’t just throw some in from the day before. They all were small, crunchy, and honestly inedible. There were a few that truly looked like they had already been bitten in to. Also I went early in the morning so not sure how I’d already be getting bottom of the barrel munchkins. If you’re in Lexington, literally go any where else for coffee or any other dunkin location.
- RJRobert JenkinsDec 2, 20251.0I ordered the Dunkin midnight dark roast coffee online for S Broadway pickup. Just coffee... plain. I picked it up and drove away, waiting for it to cool. When I took that first sip, I tasted the nastiest excuse for coffee ever. It didn't taste like coffee but more like... well... what you'd expect dirty mop water to taste like. I removed the lid and took a video. It was more of a caramel brown color, very diluted. I suppose it was just heavily watered down. It didn't have creamer... it was just brown water. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they wanted me to drive back across town to get another. It was tempting just to show them the swill and ask why they ever put a lid on it after they saw it, but I didn't. I took a video of it though that I'll try to attach, or I'll send it to Dunkn if there's no response. Bottom line: just go somewhere else... even a different location. This location is filthy... the drive-thru is awful, and pray. The interior needs a thorough cleansing as well. Oh... the coffee rolls here taste like a flat glazed donut. Go to the Dunkn on Richmond Rd for those... they're made separately from other local Dunkins. Go figure. But they're good.
