  This Dunkin is more expensive than any other one in Lexington. I paid for a large IC and was handed a drink 3/4 full. So not only did it cost extra money, i got a medium for the cost of a large. Won’t be back.

  Two experiences at this restaurant: First, I placed an online order, but when I went to pick it up, they told me they were out of donuts. So why did they take the order? Mind you, there were 45 minutes left before closing time. Today, I placed another online order, but when I went to pick it up, they told me they were out of Old Fashioned donuts and to exchange it for something else. So why do they let people order? Why don't they remove items from the website that they're out of stock?

  Let me start by saying I ordered breakfast for coworkers from Louisville based Dunkin all the time and even text Scott, the manager of most of them, personally. So this was my chance to try it in Lexington. Placed an order the night before for a 9:45am pickup. It was 8 sandwiches and 8 hash browns. I show up and they say they’re going to “need a bit” to make it insinuating they hadn’t even started then elaborate with their hash brown cook time and fryer capacity. I’m not usually this person, but I’m incredibly frustrated that I’ll be late to work because of this when they’ve had over 3 hours since opening to prepare for this. Shame because I was hoping to have a new breakfast option for my work crew but it won’t be here.
