    Chicken mariachi was over cooked and burnt... plus this location needs to upgrade their credit card machine.... machine kept freezing wasn't able to adjust the tip selection but hey Sunday morning chef got a 18% tip off my purchase... I would never go to this location again..

    Placed an order for delivery and we had to call twice to see the status of our delivery! Two hours later still no pizza so we cancelled our order. Donatos should have called us to let us know they had no drivers so we could have ordered some place else. We cancelled our order. They didn’t even offer a gift card for the inconvenience. Not ordering there again

    I just came in there and heard a manager throwing a fit this should be very unacceptable no manager should be acting like this if you can’t control yourself you don’t need to be working in a environment like that. This was a Sunday night

    I have been getting pizza from this Donatos location since I was a kid and the pizza never disappoints. Yesterday (10-31-25) I stopped by yesterday for dinner and received the same quality service I have always gotten. As I was ordering the pizza I stumbled with my wording, but Jackie was nice and patient enough with me making the process seamless. Employees like Jackie and the food are the biggest reasons why I keep coming back to this Donatos location.

    We have been buying from this location for years. Jackie gave me great service Friday night. Friendly, polite and helpful in pick/up window. Always is in this location. Never had a wrong order, any issue with staff, wait time or professionalism. Very happy to recommend them.
