When I called, the manager said that they were short staffed. Once it was out for delivery, she could not find our location, so she marked it as delivered. When I called back to locate the food, I did opt for the pizza to be delivered so that my guests had lunch. I accepted the cold pizza, and they re-delivered it. It tasted fine, but the overall experience could have been better. If you cannot fulfill the request, it would have been communicated that it would not arrive for two hours, so that I could have adjusted my plans. I understand that the public high school is a big vendor so you must prioritize one driver for that, but it might be beneficial to staff additional drivers for a campus location. Domino's does offer delivery insurance, but this was 20% off your next order.

And in these snowy conditions. She also refunded me and gave me a credit. She was incredibly kind and one of the hardest workers I’ve met in a long time. They are low on staff but are building staff, so try to be patient. This certainly wowed me.

They added extra cheese to the point it ruined it. I ate some of it cause i was so hungry, but it was hard to eat because id puck it up by the crust and it would sag from combo of not being cooked thoroughky and a pound of cheese. Second bad experience with this store lately.
