  I usually get my ice cream before I leave town here but now I’m irritated bc 1. The dining room is closed (it’s 10:40AM as I type this) and 2.) the worker seemed she was being rude to the one infront and she slammed the windows shut when I came up I mean there was no one moment or nothing so yes I drove up but besides that it said 7AM-11PM every day , why is the dining area closed? Smh do better idk if she new or what but she needs to get it together.

  I give everything a 2 star only because its a late night and I dont have time to cook and have to get up in the 5am morning to work and just got off work as well. I stopped here to get some food for my kids on the way home from work and this manager I am assuming was not dressed for work of course. I know they want to be comfortable but come on its a workplace and dont need to be in pj's and 2 I came the door it was locked at 9:30pm and went around for the drive thru as I got to ordering my first order which was 2 things I said I had another she proceeded to say " you got another one oh my god"trying to cut it off but I heard it before she did. So I obviously knew she was complaining about it. Then she cut me off while I am ordering and said "its going be a 5-6 minute wait for your order because its fresh. I know that they was closing soon but she didnt have to act that way about the "big" order I had for 7 people in my home that I have to cook for. I pulled over to the side after paying to wait on my food I forgot to get sauce I notice people where going inside so I came to realization that they unlocked it again which was odd because it was locked so I went in to buy sauce and i asked her do you charge for sauce because I will buy it she said yes and proceeded to walk by like I didnt ask to buy any. And while I waited another employee asked if I was waited for my food I answered yes and to buy the sauce while I waited I proceeded to her the manager complain about other customers buying a big order and door dashers coming through. The lady gave me my food and my sauce and I just told the lady to have a nice night because with people like that how can you. I dealt with people like that before in a workplace. 😔

  Aside from one perpetually angry old woman that seems to crush the morale of the other workers, the service is usually fine, and the food is usually good enough for the value. However, lately, portions have been getting laughably small; a meal that should include 3 chicken strips will sometimes consist of 2 small nuggets and a piece of empty batter, or in one case, one and a half strips (as if one had been broken off or eaten). Now, the ice cream is being cut in half. Look at this pathetic cup with maybe a few tablespoons of ice cream in it. What's the point of Dairy Queen if the ice cream sucks?

  Wait time was a little long but I believe they were understaffed, so it's understandable. Food was hot and delicious though.
