I have given several chances assuming I may have had a one-off bad experience, and I give a lot of grace for fast-food because I know it’s challenging, but I’ve had the same experience consistently over my several recent visits. Mobile orders are NEVER ready on time. Not occasionally or sometimes – never. BUT the staff will still mark it as “ready for pickup.” What’s even more irritating, the time I waited 25 minutes PAST my pickup time for my order, the staff had marked mine and other customers’ orders as “picked up” so I’m guessing we couldn’t file complaints about our experience in the app later. I even tried to cancel my order while I was waiting for it, only to be told by the app it showed the status as picked up so there was nothing they could do. The support bot is useless. Furthermore, because mobile orders are never ready, you end up getting stuck in the Chipotlane for an unreasonable amount of time. This experience is unique to this location and I hope something improves.

When we brought the food back and they fixed it but was done poorly. The big containers was less than half filled and the chicken was burnt. Some of the side was missing. This Chipotle runs out a chicken and fajita mix often. The service is horrible.
