My guacamole hit the counter the dude asked if I still wanted I said no the black lady cutting up chicken with the scarf on tried to be smart and say just get a whole new spoon since she has a problem with the guacamole hitting the counter. This is the second time I’ve been there and the customer service sucked I tried to give it another chance but this location will be a BIG NOOOOOO for me

The GM of this store is literally working through burns on their arm. I literally see the same 3-4 people working here everyday.

Experienced the same thing at the Richmond Road location. Perhaps, management, at both stores, could speak to/demonstrate how the chicken is to be sliced, and pitch the gristle. A little bit more attention to detail.
