- LOLuke ogdenFeb 25, 20261.0Just fire the whole staff and start from scratch at this point. I don’t know if the person making the pick up orders could put together butter and toast much less a burrito bowl. I have been getting food at this location for a long time and there isn’t one good experience I have had. I just reached my breaking point today. From a business perspective I would recommend to the owner just having the workers use the sauce containers to serve bowls in from now on. It’s a waste of money for the company to use branded bowls to put just a few small bites in. If work or school is brutal and you just want a burrito bowl to brighten your day. Just go somewhere else or don’t eat. Your day will be better off not going in here.

That’s okay i wasn’t mad, but i realized i had free chips on my app so I decided to actually order online chips and queso. I waited 40 mins and never received my chips. I also left after that, because no one should be in a “fast food” place for more than an hour. Unbelievable service as well, they treated me bad and overlooked me and others as well. Never got a refund for my purchase, and ended up spending $22 for a small meal. If i ever have chipotle again, with definitely be a different location or might choose qdoba instead. Unbelievable.
- AGAutumn GobleJan 16, 20261.0I ordered it as an order pickup during lunch and the person running the cash register did check up on my order and gave it to me three minutes before the specified time but there was literally 5 pieces of steak in the whole bowl. I mean it’s $12 it’s not cheap so I was really disappointed. There wasn’t a line and it was lunch so, had I known how disappointing it would be to do a pickup order, I would’ve just gone through the line because apparently you need to watch and see if they actually give you what you paid for.
