Every time I go, I have to ask them to actually fill up the scoop with protein, beans, or guac. It's like they've been instructed to see how little they can give customers before they'll complain about it. For $17, you get a 75% rice Carne asada bowl that you have to beg to get an actual serving of protein and a serving of guac that they act like it directly comes out of their paycheck. The store is too disheveled and the food is too miserly to justify the price anymore. Been years since Chipotle acted like they actually want returning customers. I'm done being one of them.

I have been here 2 times this week and both times the employees have literally ignored me , and in BOTH cases haven’t even spoken a word to me. Just pointed when I asked for something. I remember that I stopped coming to this location when I moved to Lexington because their employees were literally so angry about working I guess. I am going to try qudoba as my business is in Hamburg and I’m trying to eat better. Thanks for running good food just by being so impersonal. It gives me anxiety to pick up from them. Legit. I hate having to ask for anything or for help.
