Getting huffed at by the cashier for ordering their last bag of prepared chips last night was the final straw for me. Cannot recommend eating here.

I entered the restaurant to a line backed to the door and watched about ten people served by a single person, long wait to say the least. Finally an employee came to help the one person at which point I observed that person wiping the heavily slopped counter ingredients back into the food bins about five different times. That did not vibe with the 99% health department rating the restaurant had posted, nor did the hastily slopped fashion of making the food and the nasty counter, which is probably wiped with a dirty rag, if it when it is, and yay there goes that into the food bins as well and into the public's food. Slop didn't end there. I cut my burrito and it fell into goop in my hands. I've only been here once before and I do remember the long line and one worker at the meal prep station. This is a regional Chipotle issue to be addressed and a strong health department concern for sure. I feel sorry for those who do pickup orders or door dash, not seeing how their food is prepared. I hate leaving bad reviews, but that counter especially move was appalling.
