  Where's the steak? Taste was decent, but I've never had so little steak on a Cheesesteak sandwich. Kind of pitiful actually. I also ordered the the Cheese and Bacon Fries (sorry - no picture), the ones that were cooked were good, but about 1/3 of the fries were still cold and raw. As with all new places in Bowling Green, they were slammed, so maybe things will get better, but it was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

  I asked one of the workers a question and she looks at me and ignores me. need better service.

  This is a great place to grab a quick meal. Always made fresh, and made with love!! Sam is the best!!! Go see her! You will not be disappointed. She really puts her all into the food that she makes and serves. Always has a smile and will do her best to make your visit the best!!!! Love this place!

  Terrible Service — Manager Kennedie Has the Worst Attitude I’ve never written a review here before, but this experience deserves one. The manager here, Kennedie, is absolutely horrible. The service was bad, and her attitude was even worse. They messed up my order and made me wait an extra 15 minutes because they gave my food to someone else while I was standing there waiting. When I asked why the delay, there was no apology, no explanation — nothing. I politely asked if there was anything they could do since I’d been waiting so long, and Kennedie snapped, “I ain’t no corporate, I don’t have to serve you. You can leave.” Completely unprofessional. Later, I asked for a bit of mayo, and she said, “I ain’t got 5 hands,” then completely ignored me. It honestly felt like she deliberately gave me a subpar sandwich out of spite. This kind of behavior from a manager is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers. On the other hand, James, one of the workers there, was the complete opposite — respectful, professional, and helpful. He knows how to de-escalate situations instead of making them worse, unlike Kennedie. If anything he should have been manager, he would’ve made a much better manager. Beware — this place is being dragged down by bad management. I will never come here again.
